From 1st July 2020, the NDIS are introducing a new item to their funded support list called a Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
The roles and responsibilities of Recovery Coaches include but are not limited to:
- Developing a recovery-enabling relationship
- Supporting participants’ engagement with the NDIS
- Coaching to increase recovery skills and personal capacity, including motivation, strengths, resilience and decision-making
- Supporting participants with their recovery planning
- Collaborating with the broader system of supports

Assistance with Daily Living
Assist you to develop routines, tools and strategies to meet the demands of daily living; support you to meet tenancy obligations (including overcoming hoarding and squalor); budgeting and shopping on a budget; healthy meal planning.

We assist you to break down you goals into smaller tasks, and review progress. We look at what's worked for you, what hasn't worked, and celebrate achievements with you. Our reviews are designed to not only track your progress, but to give a detailed report to the NDIS when its time for a plan review.

twenty80 M8's Social Group
Our social group catches up once a week through the school term and do all sorts of fun things together, in a supported environment. Some activities include: board games day, dolphin explorer cruise, Jam Factory- Seppeltsfield tour, Adelaide Museum, Mini golf.
Held at the Playford Women's Shed, this group focuses on emotional wellbeing, building strengths and increasing self worth. It is a supportive and safe place to support each other, and build friendships.
